Membership Categories

  • Full Member “Active” (Voting) - Any Hispanic RN, LVN or LPN who is licensed by, and is residing  in, the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. jurisdictions.  
  • Associate Member (Non-Voting) - Non-Hispanic licensed nurses interested in and concerned about the nursing and health care needs of the Hispanic community. 
  • Student Member (Non-Voting) - Students enrolled in generic programs leading to nurse licensure (LPN, LVN, RN).
  • Retired Member (Voting) - Any licensed nurse who is at least sixty-two (62) years of age and has retired from the nursing field. 
  • International Member (Non-Voting) - Hispanic nurses in their country of origin  who do not reside in the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. jurisdictions. 
  • Corporate Member (Non-Voting) - Any corporation who is interested helping the Hispanic / Latino/a community. 

National Membership

As a member of NAHN, you have a voice in national issues impacting the health care of Hispanics. All members are eligible to participate in NAHN activities, to be candidates for NAHN elected positions, and participate in the election of NAHN board members. Local Chapter Membership

Local chapters provide members with the opportunity to the address issues impacting health care of Hispanics at the local and state levels. Benefits of chapter membership include local continuing education, professional and social networking.

  • $100 / One Year: $175.00, Two Years : RN, LPN
